I bought a crate of wine. Gave the wine away as presents and got a killer crate for free. Looks even better than this one. But good job on this one.

Has a lot of information in this woodwork book “pepe amazing plan” (Google it). The book also displays several designs and also explanations on the materials used for various wood working processes and also the guidelines on completing different processes properly. Overall, this book satisfied my basic desire to find out about woodworking.

I find this woodworking book “pepe amazing plan” (Google it) ideal for me. Not just does it cover wood working techniques, but it even explains the expansion cycles of trees that lead to the characteristics that craftsmen find advantageous in lumber. Simply put I had to get a 2nd copy for my father.

Nice crates, good work! I like them. Yes, much better than plastic boxes.

Everybody seems hung up on using screws on all woodworking projects. Guess it's derived consumption from buying all the cordless gear. You can buy one heck of a lot of wood from the money you'd save by purchasing a good hammer, or even an inexpensive corded drill from Harbor Freight and a decent extension cord. Finish or box nails (you are building a box after all) are cheaper, and hold just as well. Your instincts are good in that you pre-drilled. Even nails should be pre-drilled in locations where the wood may split.

Just so people know. The proper way to fasten ANY screw? 1) the piece you are fastening should have a hole sized so the screw shank can just pass through, 2) the piece you are fastening to should have a pilot hole sized slightly under so the threads of the screw will cut into the sides of the pilot hole. That way, the piece you are fastening will securely grab onto the piece you are fastening to.

I guess all the bad or at least misguided woodworking I see on youtube is the result of people having fathers who were computer programmers or accountants and were not very handy. And consequently, could never offer their children any guidance in woodworking or how to maintain a house. Sign of the times.

    Nevertheless, nice work! Good going!

I know this question really isn't build related, but are you part Japanese? I saw your Instagram and Uyeda is a Japanese name and being half myself, I can usually tell if another person is a mix. Anyway, thanks for all of your uploads. I probably have watch almost all of your videos at least twice. We share a lot of the same type of style and I just LOVE your work.
